This individual will work closely with our Owner & Principal Engineer as an assistant to both our build and design staff.
This position is responsible for receiving tiny home construction material deliveries, logging and organizing material to assist the build staff, and helping prepare as-built design documents for carpentry projects.
You will be the bridge between our design and build staff as you help generate tiny home project manuals for print, make updates to evolving design standards, and facilitate a safe shop for our entire team.
As part of the administrative team, in this position you will help prepare and maintain shop safety sheets/SOPs, foster important relationships with both vendors and clients, and assist with incoming business inquiries/tours.
You will use Microsoft Excel, Google Sketchup, and other project management software for inventory asset logging.
Responsibilities for this position are broken down, by percentage, below.
Majority of work takes place inside a climate controlled warehouse/office but does include some minor outside work or material pick-up with company vehicle as needed.
Backcountry Tiny Homes to provide all necessary PPE and on-the-job training.
Position to have 90-day probationary period where shop & office keeper still has full access to wage compensation as a full-time employee.
At the end of the 90-day probationary period, position to transition to include full stated benefits below.

We increase our compensation to address inflation.
