As the Program Director Hampstead, you will be tasked with overseeing all administrative aspects of patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Your leadership will be crucial in promoting staff education, training, and performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with unit leadership to develop and implement clinical programming.
You will also work closely with hospital departments to ensure seamless teamwork among disciplines, while providing clinical oversight and supervision to direct care staff and making important decisions regarding hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Your coordination skills will be essential in ensuring adequate staffing for clinical services and conducting ongoing evaluations of all aspects of clinical programming.
