Benefits Group Structure and Enrollment Specialist

Purpose of Position:
The primary function of the Group Structure and Enrollment Specialist is to facilitate accurate, timely and appropriate system updates for New and Existing Groups Structure and Enrollment Configuration.
Accountability:
The Group Structure and Enrollment Specialist is directly accountable to the Director of Enrollment and Premium Billing or their assignee(s).
The Group Structure and Enrollment Specialist will undergo an annual performance evaluation.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.
Enter and maintain the group structure and enrollment setup for medical, dental, vision, FSA, HRA and other lines of business inclusive of new groups, group changes and terminations.
2.
Collaborate with Implementation team members, Account Managers, and other impacted teams, to clearly identify needs and expectations as it relates to new or existing business set-up and changes.
3.
Catalogue and maintain the electronic storage of documentation relating to the group setup consistent with the Company's established practices.
4.
Perform various other administrative responsibilities related to group structure and enrollment configuration, as needed.
5.
Provide quality service to our clients, internal and external.
6.
Aid in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Production and Expectations:
1.
Meet timelines provided for entry of Group Structure and Enrollment Configurations for new and existing groups and communicate to appropriate management when timelines are not able to be met to assure assistance is provided.
2.
Actively participate in team meetings, providing questions, answers, and opinions to best serve the team.
3.
Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to all departments as appropriate.
4.
Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
5.
Support your team by being present during scheduled working hours and maintaining a willingness to learn, assist and succeed.
