reception, maintain bookkeeping for multiple Entities, including bank deposits, check writing, bank reconciliations, payroll, general ledger transactions, journal entries and Insurance audits Must be proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word & Email.
Candidate is required to have a positive attitude, good typing skills, organizational skills, desire to improve skills, professional appearance, work well with others, including communication skills.

Requirements:
Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Online a must.
Experience with reconciliation of Bank, Credit Card, Liabilities, and payroll accounts.
Experience with processing payroll tax payments, monthly and quarterly payroll returns, W2's.
Willing to travel to client's offices (Southern NH and Seacoast) to perform duties.
Must be organized, have good communication and detail oriented.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues Research accounting issues Must be able to work independently Must be able to pass a criminal background check Not required but a plus for the tax season Understanding of data entry for taxes Have some knowledge of tax laws and willing to take tax courses to enhance knowledge Job Type:
